The best quality of Arabica and Robusta from Brazil, Africa and India are the starting point for the production of Lollo Cafe coffee blends. Through in-depth studies of the proportions of each coffee variety, coffee blends of the highest quality are created.
State-of-the-art production techniques, combined with the classic method of roasting, enhance the coffee's aromas and protect its fragrance.
Finally, the innovative packaging systems in pads and single-dose capsules preserve the taste and aroma of Lollo Caffè.

The figures of Lollo Caffè
Lollo Caffè covers a production area of around 25,000 square metres, of which 11,000 are covered. It is divided into two factories where the coffee is roasted and packaged. The availability of large warehouses, recently extended for the storage of green coffee and for the storage of products, and the management through the commercial offices, allow the daily processing of about 20,000 kg of roasted coffee with a potential production capacity of 40,000 kg. Around 2 million portions are packed every day. Lollo Caffè distributes coffee in the Ho.Re.ca, Vending and (GDO) wholesale sectors in Italy and abroad.

With the Gran Bar project, Lollo Caffè intends, from 2017, to spread its values and the characteristics that characterise it in the Bar and Ho.re.ca sector in order to establish its presence on a broad front and be able to adapt its blends to all types of espresso that can be used. In just two years, Lollo Caffè's Ho.re.ca line has been so well received by the market that it now accounts for 7/8% of the company's turnover.
In general, the company recorded a 30% increase in turnover between 2010 and 2019.

The Gran Bar Blends
A product line of selected blends with a fine and high-quality profile, which at the same time guarantee an excellent result and a perfect yield in the cup.
The name of the Lollo Gran Bar products refers to the concepts of excellence and preciousness by transferring "coffee" into the wine universe.
With the Gran Cuvée, the Perlage and the Satèn, a unique and original attribution of adjectives to coffee is created, linked to the characteristics of the famous champagne. All packaged in a luxurious and elegant package.
Selected Robusta qualities are combined with typical Central American coffees. Very aromatic, for a creamy, strong and strong coffee.
The best Robusta wines are combined with delicate Brazilian coffees. For an enveloping coffee, round and intense.
